Designed for the commercial or industrial printer, our ISO Standard Check service gives you the ability to measure and certify your press. The qualification and certification process ensures you have confidence and peace of mind, knowing that you are using the optimal pre-press systems and press settings to deliver printed results of a consistently high quality. This service is designed to ensure that all your pre-press and press systems are aligned with achieving the ISO standard.

Here’s how the ISO Standard Check process works:

Step 1 - Benchmark the current situation with your press

In this stage we test your press and provide you with detailed reporting on the quality and consistency of the printed results you are achieving now.

Step 2 - Interrogate all elements of the printing process

In this stage we examine all the factors contributing to the finished printed outcome. This includes examination of your CTP, press dot gain and ink quality. We test these on ISO standard paper.

Step 3 - Recalibration of all components

In this step we recalibrate your CTP to achieve the ISO standard dot gain.

Step 4 – 3D Colour Profiling

By using the new ColourProcess 3D Colour Profiling technology, your press sheets will be measured not only in one small area, but using many measurements from across the entire test sheet. These many targets will then be combined by our 3D Colour Profiling software, allowing you to have confidence in the colour accuracy right across the entire sheet.
